FABEX Steel Structures inaugurates ₹120-crore manufacturing facility near Hyderabad

Hyderabad, India: Fabex Steel Structures, one of India’s leading Pre-Engineered Buildings Manufacturers and Structural Steel Suppliers, has inaugurated its second state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Chityal, near Hyderabad.
Built with an investment of ₹120 crore and spanning 40 acres, the new unit adds 50,000 tonnes of annual production capacity, increasing Fabex’s total capacity to one lakh tonnes across its two manufacturing units.
Founded six years ago, Fabex Steel Structures specializes in the design, detailing, fabrication, and installation of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel solutions. The company already operates a successful plant in Vijayawada, serving both domestic and international markets for pre-engineered steel buildings and custom industrial infrastructure.
“We are planning to invest an additional ₹100 crore over the next 2–3 years to further expand our manufacturing capabilities and drive innovation,” said Venu Chava, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fabex Steel Structures.With a current turnover of ₹463 crore, the company employs 400 professionals and plans to double its workforce to 800 as production scales up.
According to I V Ramana Raju, Co-Founder and CEO of Fabex Steel Structures, the company aims to achieve ₹1,000 crore in revenue within three years, supported by 70% client retention and an expanding global presence.
